These terms apply to every visitor of Khel Ghar Soft Play Games Zone (“Khel Ghar”, “we”, “us”) at 2nd Floor, Plot No. 1140(P), Near Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Mahanadi Vihar, Naya Bazar, Kataka, Odisha, and to every user of this website. By entering our premises or booking with us, you accept these terms.
1. Entry and supervision
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who remains responsible for the child throughout the visit.
- Our staff supervise the play area to keep it running safely, but they do not replace parental supervision.
- Entry is subject to available capacity. We may limit numbers or session lengths at busy times.
- Entry charges, session lengths and party rates are as communicated by us at the time of your visit or booking and may change without notice.
2. Health and hygiene
- Socks are compulsory for every person entering the play area.
- Please do not bring a child who is unwell, has a fever, or has an infectious condition. We may refuse entry to protect other children.
- No food, drinks, chewing gum or sharp objects are allowed inside the play zones.
- Please tell our staff about any medical condition or allergy we should be aware of during the visit.
3. Play rules
For everyone's safety, all visitors must follow these rules and any instructions from our staff:
- Socks are compulsory for everyone entering the play area.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the premises at all times.
- Follow the age guidance for each zone; toddlers use the soft play corner.
- No shoes, food, drinks or sharp objects inside the play zones.
- Please do not visit if your child is unwell, so every child stays healthy.
- Be kind: no pushing, climbing up slides or rough play.
- Staff instructions are there to keep everyone safe. Please follow them.
We may ask any visitor who repeatedly breaks the rules or behaves unsafely to leave, without refund.
4. Age guidance
Zones are designed for different age groups. Parents and guardians must ensure children use only the zones suitable for their age and ability, and must accompany toddlers in the soft play area.
5. Party and event bookings
- Parties and group events are booked by phone or WhatsApp; this website does not take bookings or payments.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and slot with you, and any advance we request has been received.
- Details of what is included, any advance, and the balance payable are as agreed with you at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and date changes must be communicated to us as early as possible. Any advance may be non-refundable or transferable depending on notice given, as agreed at booking.
- Outside food, cake and decorations are subject to our approval at the time of booking.
- The person booking is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused by them.
6. Personal belongings
Please keep your belongings with you. Khel Ghar is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal items on the premises.
7. Liability
Soft play involves physical activity, and minor bumps and scrapes can happen. We maintain our equipment, padding and netting to a high standard and clean the premises regularly. Subject to applicable law, Khel Ghar is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from failure to follow these terms, the play rules or staff instructions, or from a child's own actions or those of another visitor.
8. Photography
We may take photographs or videos at parties and events. We will not publish images in which a child can be identified without a parent or guardian's permission. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Website use
The content of this website, including text, illustrations and design, belongs to Khel Ghar or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use. Information on the website is provided in good faith; timings, prices and offers may change. Please confirm with us before your visit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kataka, Odisha.
